The room and all facilities were super clean! i found everything i expected, washing machines, a dryer, a spa, a swimming pool. Even a 7-eleven shop is located inside the hotel. the location was also excellent. i walked just ten minutes to the main food streets and the train station.
it's a very slight issue though.

waiting times were excessive, especially during peak hours. it took almost 15 minutes to get one. the air conditioning was another problem. i found it difficult to adjust the temperature in the room. it was uncomfortably warm even with the window open and fan on. made sleeping quite difficult.

I loved the cleanliness of the room. I found everything in great order, including sufficient supplies. the view from the high floor was something else. The cityscape sprawled out before me. the hotel held my luggage both before check-in and after checkout. this was a lifesaver. I didn't have to lug my bags around!

Check-in and check-out is self-service. The kiosks have multiple language options, including korean! the staff were friendly and very helpful. They were quick to answer any questions i had. luggage forwarding service to kyoto was available for a fee.

The hotel is near jr namba station. It is a short walk away. the ocat bus terminal is also very close. It is convenient for airport transfers. dotonbori and shinsaibashi are within walking distance. So many options are available nearby!

i found this hotel lovely! the rooftop view still makes my heart flutter, a memory i treasure. the bed seemed like a soft cloud, the tv a portal to endless stories. the nearby convenience store was a sweet haven for late-night cravings, its shelves packed with delights.
it created such long waits, a pause in an otherwise lovely stay.
